1. Mechanical wear failure during use of PE polyester filter bags
1) Wear between the filter bag and filter bag cage.
The filter bag has holes in the corresponding annular ribs of the bag cage, apparently due to burrs on the bag cage. If you want to avoid or reduce the wear and tear of the bag cage during the production process, the quality of the bag cage must be strictly controlled. Any burrs, etc. should be prohibited from entering, otherwise they will enter the dust collector. These defects will directly affect the use effect of the filter bag and greatly shorten the filtering time. The service life of the bag.

2) Wear between the filter bag and the shell.
Due to design or installation reasons, after the installation of the filter bag and the shell (or inner tube bracket) interfere, or the shell is too close to the filter bag, shaking and shell friction occur during injection, after a period of use, the contact hole between the polyester waterproof filter bag and the shell parts, causing damage to the packaging bag.
